This role leads the evaluation and transformation of business processes, operational performance, and data insights to support enterprise-wide initiatives. This role serves as a strategic advisor to leadership by shaping analytical frameworks, influencing decision-making, and ensuring solutions drive measurable business outcomes across the organization.

  • Leads the analysis and design of solutions for large-scale, complex initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and long-term objectives
  • Defines and advances enterprise-wide approaches to business analysis, including frameworks for process evaluation, requirements definition, and solution validation
  • Partners with senior leadership to translate strategic goals into data-driven insights, actionable recommendations, and measurable success criteria
  • Evaluates end-to-end business processes and system interactions to identify opportunities for optimization, integration, and improved performance
  • Establishes and oversees performance measurement frameworks, including baseline metrics, targets, and outcome tracking to assess initiative effectiveness
  • Provides thought leadership on business analysis practices, influencing methodologies, tools, and standards across functional areas
  • Collaborates closely with project and program leadership to assess changes to scope, timelines, and costs, ensuring impacts are understood and aligned to objectives
  • Leads the resolution of complex, ambiguous challenges by synthesizing data from multiple sources and balancing competing priorities and constraints
  • Communicates insights, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders through clear, concise, and impactful storytelling
  • Mentors and guides other analysts and cross-functional partners, fostering consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in analytical practices

Essential Skills: 
  • Required Education: Bachelors degree in field relevant to role (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree)
  • Required Experience: 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Deep expertise in business analysis, including process design, data interpretation, and performance measurement at an enterprise scale
  • Broad understanding of operational, technical, and business domains, with the ability to connect insights across disciplines
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and shape strategic decisions through data-driven recommendations
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities, particularly in complex, multi-dimensional environments
  • Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights
  • Proven ability to operate independently while setting direction and driving outcomes across large initiatives
  • Experience establishing and evolving metrics, reporting frameworks, and performance monitoring processes
  • Ability to coach, guide, and elevate others while promoting best practices and consistency across the organization

Location:  Hillsboro, OR 97124 | Marlborough, MA 01752 (Hybrid) 
Target Compensation in OR & MA: $ 184,000 - 220,500 annually + annual bonus
